From ordered and not delivered to 2 hours of waiting time and finally wrong delivery (order information disregarded, cashed in before handover and a tip of 5 euros received and after all processes pointed out to the non-feasible change requests.). After ordering online, the branch was called directly to point out the various toppings. A telephone number was also stored.

Ordered pizza from Kellinghusen. Extra driven from Kelli to IZ and picked up. Then unfortunately discovered at home that the wrong pizza was prepared. Called, then it was discussed that the order would have been like this. No wasn't she ordered online to get vegan pizza, Hawaii. No accommodating, ordered again vegan and again extra to IZ, no reimbursement of the wrongly prepared pizza and the other one also had to be paid extra. Too bad. Never again

Was actually always satisfied with Dominos, had also ordered here several times, but now I'll let it be. The pizza was cold when it arrived. I ordered one of the new "thick shakes" with vanilla to go with my pizza. After my first sip, I noticed a jet black hair in my shake. I got so sick that I had to dispose of the 4 Euro shake immediately !! What a shame dominos .. That really ruined my appetite.

we order regularly (!!!!!!) and are always always satisfied - without exception! I couldn't think of any other delivery service where else I would order. Everything tastes good, is fresh, warm and the suppliers are friendly too. Above all, it's fast, 20 minutes and our food is always there !! There are no delays like others ... it's always quick. After that you are satisfied and it is not heavy and greasy in the stomach as with other delivery services, where there is more artificial cheese on it than anything else.

To be honest, the ordering process is miserable! Do I need to download an app? If not you don't feel like it online after a short time! I am out!

After a 3/4 year break from Dominos (because we had already had a lot of bad luck with this branch), we pre-ordered and paid in advance with several people. When we picked up the food we asked the lady at the counter if everything was there. She confirmed and we drove home. When we got home we noticed that a dish was missing. I called to ask about the last dish. The lady from the counter answered the phone and put me off, completely overwhelmed by the overall situation, to her shift supervisor, who, however, had no time for me at the moment. After 10 minutes he called me back and asked me in a sloppy tone what my problem was. I described my problem to him. There was only one annoyed answer that came back: Then we'll deliver it to you. I replied that I was living away for half an hour. The gentleman then only: Yes, no then we won't deliver. Then I can only give them one credit, but there is no money back. Then the next time they have to check whether their order is complete or not pay in advance, but rather in the branch. Em, sorry, but what is the Dominos payment system for? His last words to me were: Yes, I wrote down your number and the credit of 10 €, which you must then state with the next order ... and hung up. Did I really get a credit? I do not assume that. Will definitely not order again there!

No delivery within Itzehoe from a certain radius. Hard to believe how small it seems. I have never experienced that with any delivery service.

We order there regularly and have always been super satisfied so far. It is delivered very quickly, the food is still hot and tastes very good. You can also save quite a bit of money by using coupons. Regardless of whether it is delivery or collection, the employees are always friendly, which unfortunately is not always a given.

I ordered there for the first time, as a delivery. 20-30 minutes to delivery is absolutely fine. Friendly driver and the food was great. Only the pizza rolls were a bit small. Nevertheless everything tasted great. Thanks to the team

Update of the negative review: With the 2nd order (almost) everything was fine. Delivery on Saturday evening was quick and the right products were delivered. The pizza was again only lukewarm. A lot has happened on the last order - keep it up! To those who, like us, have had bad experiences: Give the store a second chance, the operator seems to have put a lot of passion into it and Itzehoe can really use a domino!
